By the way, yesterday Grandpa talked to the lady at Eagle Bay and she will have the house ready for us this summer. Do you want to ride horses again? Hope you have a wonderful day tomorrow celebrating your birthday! Love from Grandma and a big cuddle from Teddy, too! :)

Hello Em! You probably don't remember me, but your mom and I were friends long before you were born. A few years ago, we came and stayed with you in NJ and we all went to Sesame Place together with my little boy Nicolas. I cannot believe that you are turning 10! I remember when your mom was pregnant with you and how happy and in love she was with you when you were born! I really miss you guys! Thank you for sharing your blog and your stories about Ow. I remember him too! I used to take care of him when your family lived close to mine in Jersey City. Our cats throw up too!!

Anyway, give your mom a great big hug from me!

HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY Birthday!!!

Love, Heather

From Amanda Brobst! Hi,Emmy! This is Amanda. I just wanted to say Happy Birthday, however, we can't send you a gift because we can't send it enternationally. But, when you come over in the summer, we'll have a late birthday gift for you, okay? By the way, have you seen our dogs? They're famous!!! All you have to do is scroll down, find a picture with a black and yellow dog, licking the dishes in a dishwasher, and make sure it has a caption that at the top says,"Pre-wash cycle," at the top, and at the bottom it says,"Getz dished xtra clean." But I miss you and hope you're comin' over in the summer. Say hi to Tom for me,too. So, I'll see you later and hope you'll have a great home in the Bahamas! Amanda, your cousin.

We'll go to Build-A-Bear...maybe even take a special trip down to New York City and go to American Girl Place! I also hope you'll go horseback riding wish me and Elizabeth at Eagle Bay this summer. Maybe we can do a longer ride with a lunch and hot dogs and stuff. That'd be fun!

Hey Emily!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!
I can't believe you are ten. Double digits. Yeah. I remember the day you were born like it was yesterday. You know me and your mum went to the movies that day. I was trying to take her mind off of how big she was!! tee hee. I remember when you were about to be born a specific moment when your mum looked at me, she didn't say anything, but a moment passed between us and I knew exactly what she was thinking. She knew that that moment would be the most important moment in her life. The day she looked at her daughter for the first time. All our lives changed the day you were born Em. Your mom and dad became first time parents. I became a first time aunt. Uncle Alan and Uncle Con became first time Uncles and Nanny and Grandad became first time grandparents. We all were so happy. And you continue to amaze us every day, only now you are a young lady, not a baby. Well we miss you. Tommy is trying to hit the keyboard as I type this. We can't wait to see you when you come to Nanny's in Easter. Love lots from Aunt Michelle, Uncle Ryan, Maggie, Jack Jack, and baby Tommy. xoxoxo

I saw the pictures of your school. It looks like a resort! It's got to be great being where it's always warm. Utica's buried in snow right now--today was a snow day! I'm looking forward to seeing you at Eagle Bay and swimming and horseback riding. I bought a pie iron to make snadwiches and s'mores in, so we can try that. I hope you have the most amazing, fabulous, and cool tenth birthday in history!

Hi, Emily!

Happy Birthday, Sweetie! We miss you so much around here! I was just in Wegman's the other day, and I saw some shampoo that was marked with characters from the new "Horton" movie, and one of them was "Kangaroo Mangaroo"! I had to smile, thinking about you and your mom, when I saw the picture of Sour and Baby Kangaroo on the bottle! (They had Horton shampoo, too!!!)

It's great to see you having so much fun in the Bahamas. We're both itching to come down there to see you and to explore; Neither of us has ever been there before. It looks beautiful!

Well, you have a wonderful Birthday, sweetie...we'll both be thinking of you!

Take care, and God Bless You!

Love,

Mike and Sarah

We live in the UK where it is always raining, well it feels like that anyway. Your photos are great because it's nice to see some sun!

I'll be popping back to read more soon!
