Puppy saving!

If you think I had a normal weekend, you are WRONG!!! W-R-O-N-G!!! Here is a story for you. Once upon a time, a girl named Emily was walking home from the park with a girl named Claire. Suddenly, "Awwwww! Claire, look!" exclaimed Emily in a high voice. "Oh my gosh!", said Claire "The poor things!". A small, mangy puppy walked up to Emily, she picked it up. "Do you think we should bring it home?", said Claire. Then, more puppys ran into a bush and went through. Emily handed the puppy to her friend and followed them. It widened out into a big open space with a small, dirty pond and a rotten fridge with no doors. That space contained about eight more abandoned puppys. Emily crawled back to Claire. They walked home, bringing with them the small, mangy puppy and bathed him. Treating to his fleas. They went back to the bushes and found two more puppys. They bathed them ,too. They went back for the final time. Now beginning a puppy chase. they followed two puppys through a dense thicket for about half a mile. Fortunately not hurting themselves. At last the puppy chase was over as they came to a wire gate. The puppys had to turn around. But since it was getting dark and they could barely see, they only got one of the puppys. "Now that poor puppy is in danger!" said Claire."I know," said Emily "But it's getting dark and I can barely see the puppy I'm holding. We might step on one. We will have to come tomorrow." The next day they went to look for more, but all they found was puppy skulls. "Oh, well, we did our best." said Emily.

Now that is a true story!
Oh come on! Believe me!!!
Here are some pictures...
Here is the one we named Fluffy...

Here is Mangy...His name is a bit obvious...

This is Butterscotch...

This is all four of them...the one next to Claire is Spunky.

The story ends with Butterscotch and Mangy finding nice homes in heaven, and Fluffy and Spunky living happily ever after.
